About KC Rain Keepers
KC Rain Keepers is a public education website developed by the Water Quality Education Committee at the Mid-America Regional Council. Currently, 35 local governments participate in the Water Quality Education Committee.
The Regional Water Quality Public Education Program works to increase public awareness of watershed issues, water quality, water-related projects, as well as professional development opportunities in the Kansas City region.
Dewy the Droplet is the official mascot of the MARC Water Quality Education program. He helps show the dangers of water contamination in a video series.
